Dalcon Visual Arts

Art Gallery - Printing, Photography and much more...

About Us

Started as a hobby in 2007, it has turned into much more than that. The passion to capture and share whatever catches our eye is what keeps us going. Every time we go out, or shoot in the studio, it is a new adventure and a new portrait. Nothing and no one is ever the same and that is exactly how we like it.

Event photography, bands, plays, musical theatre, graduations and much more. Birds, cats, dogs, babies, teens, adults, landscapes and flowers to name a few, all have their own personalities and that is exactly what we are looking for.

Weather can be such an important factor in how many shots are taken, both in landscape and people. For instance, a leaf on a plant looks and shows much differently after a rainstorm than it does when the sun is out in all its blazing glory. A persons mood can also be reflected during a rain storm as well. The subject may appear to be a little bit sad or gloomy because they know that just outside it is raining and they will have to eventually go out into it. On the other hand, some people like the rain. See where we are going with this?

Rain or shine, snow or wind, we want to capture all that is out there and we want to share it with you.

With that being said, on to the interior of our building.

As mentioned on the home page, this is where you will find art of all types that we are showcasing and hope that we are helping local talent. There is so much local talent in and around the surrounding areas, that we feel they need to be seen. Stop by the store, have a look around and help support the talented artists.

We also offer old photograph cleanup and repair (scanned/digital images only), large format printing on paper and canvas (up to 44"), photo studio rental, framing, matting and event posters. For studio information click on the "Studio" link. Check our Products & Services page for more details.

That's our story and we're sticking to it. Why? Because we can!
